Hydrostatic Test Pumps

These test pumps are a fast, safe, and simple method for hydrostatic testing, ideally suited to work with the above plugs or on a stand alone basis. Choose from two styles and a variety of pressure ranges.

A-Style Hydrostatic Test Pumps

Ideal for hydro testing heat exchanger tubes, pipes, and pressure vessels
Test in the field or in the shop
Simple air-driven pump
Output pressures range from 1,000 to 10,000 psi (69 to 690 bar)
All stainless steel water and high pressure side
Self lubricating air over water intensifier
Water supply connection
Easy to read 4" (100 mm) diameter pressure gauge
Regulator to control inlet air supply
High pressure bleed valve and high pressure outlet
Equipped with 10 ft (3.1 m) high pressure hose with quick couplings
Mating quick connect couplings for air, water inlet connections, and high pressure outlet
Lockable aluminum tool box with room for hose, fittings, and plug

B-Style Hydrostatic Test Pumps

Ideal for all hydrostatic testing
Slightly larger pump mounted on a hand truck
Simple air-driven pump
Built-in filter, regulator, and lubricator on air inlet
Output pressures range from 1,000 to 20,000 psi (69 to 1,373 bar)
All stainless steel water and high pressure side
Easy to read 4" (100 mm) diameter pressure gauge
High pressure system bleed valve
Water suction strainer with crow's foot connector
Supplied with 15 ft (4.5 m) high pressure hose with swivel
Heavy duty enclosure with integral wheels and handle for portability
